Our clients are important to us and we strive to do everything possible to be available to assist them. When you reserve our services, you can be assured that you are booking a loving and dependable care-giver that will be 100% dedicated to your pet(s). We manage each visit with a clear and thoughtful approach, focused on your pets individual needs. Just as you depend on us to be there for your pets, we depend on you to keep our small business going. If your plans change and you do not need our services, please give us thoughtful notice to allow us to help other pet families in need.
Weekly Services: We understand that life happens and changes are sometimes unavoidable. There are no penalties for cancellations made by 8pm the night before the visit. Cancellations made up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit window, will be charged at 50% of the visit rate. Any cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled visit window will be charged at the rate of one visit.
Traveling Clients: Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the service start date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the service start date are eligible for a 75% refund.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Early return cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will be charged for any remaining unused visits.
Payment for all services must be received prior to the first scheduled visit.
